Job Summary and Responsibilities
Bremerton and Silverdale Areas!
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the CHI Franciscan Home Health team. The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice
Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
Current Drivers License
Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
