Where You'll Work

At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.

At Holy Cross Hospital – Davis, the Behavioral Health Department is a compassionate, approachable team that loves to laugh and is very observant, team oriented, reliable and advocates for patient and staff safety. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:8 and the patient population includes the mentally ill/mental crisis stabilization from age 18 and upwards, including homelessness, drug addictions, and many more. You get to really know your patients over the years and their families and become their advocates when their crisis doesn't allow them to advocate for themselves.
