Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and driving business performance through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain a productive team

• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly

• Monitor food quality, sanitation, and safety standards

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs

• Track and analyze sales, budgets, and performance metrics

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and revenue

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar role

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and labor laws

• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
