At Seven Hills NeuroCare, we believe in building healing environments where every individual is seen, heard, and supported. We’re looking for a Residence Director to lead a specialized residential program designed to support adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI).

This is a chance to lead with purpose, nurture a compassionate team, and create a home where residents can rebuild skills, rediscover independence, and reclaim their lives.

Pay: $29.15/hr 

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team providing 24/7 support in a community-based residential setting

• Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment for individuals with ABI

• Build collaborative relationships with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance

• Foster a culture of learning, professional growth, and high-quality care

Who You Are

• A values-driven leader with experience supporting individuals with neurological or cognitive challenges, particularly ABI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• Massachusetts DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP) preferred.
• Certified Brain Injury Specialist preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and evidence of a safe driving record required.
