Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely transport individuals to and from the program along an assigned route.
• Participant Supervision: Ensure safety and enforce conduct rules during transport.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, fuel the vehicle, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Emergency Response: Follow emergency procedures for participant safety as needed.
• Program Support: Assist with additional driving assignments and tasks as directed by the Director.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
• Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D) with at least three (3) years of a verifiably clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• No prior experience required.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Commitment to workplace safety and high standards of vehicle maintenance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
