Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.
The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.
Job Description
Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team of this upscale hotel. This team member will ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house and landings meet Omni four star/four diamond standards.

Responsibilities
- Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas
- Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
- Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
- Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
- Assist in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
- Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
- Ensure that the Guest Room Attendant’s linen cart is neat and well organized.
- Ensure that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
- Maintain supply cage stock, neat and clean at all times.
- Must have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after completion.
- Ensure VIP rooms are inspected ASAP.
- Ensure check out/vacated rooms are a priority.
- Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
- To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
- Ability to work with management on special projects
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
- Must be ale to stand/walk for entire shift
- Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Must live within 50 miles of hotel
