What You'll Be Doing (A Glimpse into Your Day in the ED):
- Rapid Assessment & Intervention:You'll be the first point of contact for patients in critical moments, quickly assessing their needs, initiating life-saving interventions, and stabilizing conditions.
- Dynamic Patient Care:From trauma and cardiac events to acute illnesses and unexpected injuries, you'll manage a wide array of patient presentations, often simultaneously, always with a focus on delivering compassionate and efficient care.

What You Bring to the ER:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills:The ED is fast-paced! You'll demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient assignments and activities efficiently.
- Sharp Clinical Acumen:A working knowledge of clinical skills in both routine and emergent patient care scenarios is essential.
- Cool Under Pressure:The ability to function efficiently and effectively during high-stress and crisis situations is paramount.
- Certification Ready:Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required within the orientation period and ongoing re-certification.
- Beyond the Basics (Preferred, but not required for new grads!):We value certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, but we're also here to help you achieve them!
Work Agreement:
- Shift Type: Day, Mid Shift, Night
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- On Call Expectations: None
- Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Every 3rd Weekend/Every 3rd Holiday

- Licensure:Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota OR in a compact state.
