Position Summary
As a Server (Loge), you are the front line of premium guest experience. You'll be responsible for delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service. In this role, you’ll take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure each guest feels welcomed and cared for. With a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and hospitality, you help create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Provide elevated, personalized service to guests in premium Loge seating
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely, polished delivery
- Maintain expert knowledge of menus, including ingredients and special offerings, to assist guests with selections and dietary needs
- Set up and maintain premium areas before, during, and after events, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer refills, additional items, or assistance to enhance the overall experience
- Uphold high standards of presentation, etiquette, and professionalism throughout service
- Collaborate with culinary and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of all orders
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally, escalating as needed
- Monitor alcohol service to ensure responsible consumption and compliance with company and legal standards
- Maintain accurate records of sales and complete transactions using a point-of-sale system if needed
- Support a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Able to be on feet during long periods of time
- Able to walk up and down steep stairs carrying trays and beverages
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
- Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience
- Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance training
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- An ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
