As a CT Technologist you will provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs. Follows standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assures current standards of practice for the unit.
What is Enterprise Pool?
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
Enterprise Pool 2:
- Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
- Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.
Benefits:
- PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits
- Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- One year of related experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or State CT registry ARRT(R) with CT training required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
Physical Requirments Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
