Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Cedar Road location located at 1419 Cedar Road Suite 100, Chesapeake, Virginia 23322. Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base rate of $44 - $46 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
- Sign on Bonus: $7,500
- Monday 8-5, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-5, Friday 8 - 5

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
- License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
