As a Revenue Cycle Specialist with Prime Healthcare’s Medical Group, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our providers and practices capture every dollar of revenue they’ve earned — accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, practice staff, and leadership to strengthen charge capture, streamline billing workflows, and identify new revenue opportunities that drive the financial health of our organization
Key Tasks:
- Drive accurate, timely charge capture and reconciliation across practices.
- Strengthen front-end processes for accurate patient registration and data collection
- Identify and implement revenue improvement opportunities.
- Educate and support providers and staff on documentation and registration best practices.
- Ensure complete, compliant, and timely clinical documentation.
- Monitor outcomes and validate the success of revenue initiatives.

- Experience in medical group revenue cycle operations
- Strong understanding of charge capture, billing, and registration workflows

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Regional VP of Revenue Cycle, the Revenue Cycle Analyst will assist in data collection, data analysis, reporting, coordination of projects, assist in implementing processes, and communication of efforts.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
2. Proficient in business software applications.
3. Working knowledge of windows based personal computers.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Previous analyst experience in a business office setting, preferred.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
