What You'll Be Doing
Dices, Chops and Preps all food for the patient and cafeteria menus/meals along with the first cook. Utilizing Recipes on file. Pans meat for roasting. Monitors tray line and cafeteria replenishment. Observes department safety and sanitation guidelines. Sets up food supplies and utensils for daily preparation. May complete the duties of the cooks helper when needed. May be assigned to catering activities including preparation set up and delivery of food.
