Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides direct care in the medical – surgical setting. Under the direction of the Nursing Department Leadership Team, formulates a plan of care to meet the identified needs of the patient/family unit using the nursing process. Consistently monitors and evaluates patient outcomes and modifies plan of care and participates in the coordination of continuum of care. Able to responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. As appropriate, communicates with physicians, Nurse Director, and co-workers, about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $39.15 to $57.49. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
