Responsibilities
Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred 2. One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred County Specific requirement. 1. County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
