Baystate Dental is a newer dental office with a fantastic team that enjoys working together. We understand the importance technology plays in providing top notch dental care and strive to keep up with the latest. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!
Baystate Dental is a well-established, successful practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team.
Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Massachusetts. New grads must be applying for license soon. Local anesthesia license is preferred but not required to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local Anesthesia certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
