Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at CHI Lisbon Health, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond effectively to emergent situations and provide critical care when necessary.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Registered Nurse: ND (RN:ND)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
