- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program required.

- Current American Association BLS card.

- Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care preferred.
- Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
- Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
