We are seeking motivated sales professionals in the Kansas City area to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, train, and collaborate with industry experts, growing both personally and professionally. Each sales position will be assigned a territory encompassing specific states across the country, targeting one to seventeen locations businesses within those states. With prospect data and current customers ready to be assigned, you will have the tools you need to succeed.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in commercial lines insurance and is ready to make sales outreach calls and emails, learn best practices, build relationships, and grow a book of business. This position offers competitive pay and monthly incentives to reward your growth.

Our Sales Executives
- Identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects to offer Property and Casualty insurance within Intrepid Direct's verticals in assigned territory.
- Become experts in Intrepid’s verticals knowing customers’ business operations, risk management, and insurance coverages.
- Conduct business research, update data, and follow processes within our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, and annual sales premium quotas by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Responsible for new business production and customer retention within a defined State(s)territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create awareness and drive success in your territory.
- Work closely with other Intrepid Direct team members to maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring seamless program and product implementation.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills, as tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years of commercial lines insurance experience preferred

- Ability to analyze data, insurance policies, loss runs, and financial statements.
- Ability to work within a regulatory environment.
