Job Summary and Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for analyzing spend and contracting data to find savings opportunities and provide insight to Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation teams on savings initiatives, contracting opportunities and operational initiatives to enhance Supply and Service Resource Management's strategic sourcing capabilities. Coordinates and manages multiple requests from the Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation team and helps distribute those requests amongst multiple analysts. Provides data and analyses to facilitate discussion with clinical stakeholders and incorporates feedback. Effectively communicates the output to key stakeholders including national and market level leadership. Works with analysts in other functional areas to connect analyses and ensure consistency in measurement, reporting, and interpretation.
Essential Functions:
- Develops analytic models to provide insight to supply chain contracting, savings opportunities and strategy development
- Supports Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation Teams reporting to support and improve contract compliance
- Develops front-end analysis to help frame contracting strategy for key stakeholders
- Develops, maintains, and manages key performance indicators for contract categories
- Connect with analysts from other functions to collaborate on analytic standards
- Helps coordinate improved cross-functional activity by utilizing analytics and key measurements to identify opportunities to eliminate waste in processes
- Works closely with analysts and stakeholders in other Supply and Service Resource Management business functions to develop an analyst community, eliminating information gaps across functional areas
- Contributes to the development of data governance standards

Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field from four year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Demonstrated analytical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience and data experience - Preferred
- Progressive experience in project management - Preferred
- Healthcare and supply chain experience - Preferred
- Ability with SQL, Python or R, advanced analytic tools and software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word or Google Docs, Outlook or Google Calendar, Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Google Slides
