Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Rosebrook Lounge and Cave team. Responsibilities include properly setting up and maintaining a clean, efficient bar, greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction by checking back frequently. The role also involves servicing the bar, cleaning service areas, assisting departing guests, adhering to uniform appearance standards, and competently presenting, opening, decanting, and serving wine and Champagne, along with other duties as assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities
- To properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
- Approach and greet guests.
- Order taking.
- Order delivery.
- Checking back.
- Service bar.
- Clean and clear service areas.
- Departing guests.
- Uniforming appearance.
- Completes other duties as assigned by manager.
- Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine & Champagne.
Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
