Overview
We are seeking a Food Service Worker, sometimes referred to as a Café Worker or Food Service Associate. The Food Service Worker will work in our hospital cafeteria, responsible for preparing, serving, and delivering meals, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and adhering to dietary guidelines. They support patient nutrition, healthcare hospitality, serve staff and visitors, maintain kitchen equipment and inventory, and contribute to overall food service operations in our hospital.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
- Prepare and serve food to our patients, staff, and visitors
- Ensure food safety by following hygiene and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment like ovens, slicers, or dishwashers
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Take and fulfill meal orders according to dietary guidelines for patients
- Handle cash or operate a register for cafeteria transactions
