Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for Tidelands Health, a progressive healthcare system located along the South Carolina coast. MURRELLS INLET, South Carolina. This position will require travel between Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital and Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Potential for some hybrid work.

What You'll Do
As part of a dynamic team, this candidate will report to the Clinical Nutrition Manager and will:
- Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) in an individual and group setting to a broad population group
- Weekends on site, either Saturday on site or Sunday on call remote
- Participate in interdisciplinary care of patients
- Document assessments and pertinent nutrition information in the EMR (electronic medical record, EPIC)
- Participate in community nutrition outreach programs, such as presentations and health fairs
- Support occasional inpatient coverage for a variety of units

What You Bring
- A Registered Dietitian credential and a Licensure in the state of South Carolina are required
- Experience counseling in an outpatient setting, both one-on-one and group instruction preferred
- Experience providing diabetes education or a CDCES credential preferred
- Must have broad clinical knowledge to support multiple units and population groups

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
