Job Overview
The Anesthesia Technician supports the Anesthesia Physician Staff in the preparation, maintenance, and provision of peri-anesthesia patient care. Demonstrated knowledge of orthopedic / pediatric care for infant, toddler, preschool, school age and young adult (up to age 21) patients. Shriners Spokane is looking for a PRN Anesthesia Tech to join the team.
The pay range for this position is $24.50-$36.76/hourly. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
Responsibilities
- Preoperatively prepares the anesthesia work station to ensure that all anesthesia carts are standardized according to the direction from the Chief of Anesthesia and are fully stocked at all times.
- Intraoperatively maintains the functions and cleanliness of the anesthesia work station and assists the anesthesiologists with procedures and technical support
- Maintains a neat, orderly, clean, efficient well organized anesthesia workroom that is sufficiently stocked at all times.
- Supply chain duties as assigned
