New pay rate! $21.00 - $22.92 based on experience Stetson School is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. We are a residential treatment program for youth with trauma related complex behaviors, currently hiring Aide Behavioral Counselors.
Full-Time: Monday - Friday year round 7:15 - 3:15 - with potential for designated mandate day.

Aide Behavior Counselors will:
- Assist in maintaining the educational progress of students in the classroom setting by focussing on behavior manegment, and routine and structure to foster academic acheivment.
- Engage and interact with our students promoting a positive and healing commuity by serving as a positive role model.
- Be a part of a theraputic team that supports student's development through individualized treatment goals.
- Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills and aid in healing trauma, all the while supporting the progression of normative child and adolescent development.
- Assist with student activities such as recreational off campus trips, home visits and special events.

Aide Behavioral Counselors are provided a paid 10-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention & Trauma-Informed Care. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 18+ years old
- Minimun of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
- Must pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex offender Registry and FederalFingerprinting background record checks.

- Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the Stetson team.
