As our Clinical Dietitian, you will assess the nutritional status of our patients using recognized assessment tools. You will take great pride in recommending and counseling patients, family, and caregivers on the appropriate nutrition plan to improve the patient's health and well-being.
Every day, you will work with the general patient population and patients in more complex levels of care under the supervision of a Clinical Dietitian Intermediate or Clinical Dietitian Lead to perform nutritional assessments using age and gender-appropriate standards and cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. You will conduct routine screenings to identify patients at nutritional risk and collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to contribute to facilitating care for those needing a higher level of care, all while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Develops an intervention plan which includes appropriate feeding route, mode, and nutrition prescription unique to patient's specific needs, in accordance with physicians' orders.
- Monitors and evaluates patient response to interventions by meeting specific measurable goals documented in the nutrition care plan in a timely and thorough manner in the medical record.
- Updates plan of care as necessary and follows up with the patient as needed.
- Collaborates within an interdisciplinary environment to contribute to facilitating care and identifying patients at nutrition risk or needing higher level of care.
- Collaborates with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience.

Job Requirements
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree with completion of accredited dietitian program (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition Dietetics)
- Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) within 3 months
