Position Summary
Clean, repair, and refinish floors in a variety of areas in our building
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15 to $16.
Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.
Responsibilities
Floor Care: buffing, waxing, stripping, and carpet cleaning floors of all types
Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies inlcuding mops, brooms, brushes, pads, and machines
Safety Following safety procedures and adhearing to orginiazational safety, risk management, and infection control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in floor care or related field
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Floor techs will be required to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
