Responsibilities
The Regional Vice President of Revenue Cycle leads the overall regional market strategy, optimization, implementation, and end-to-end management of revenue cycle operations, acute care and outpatient facilities. Key areas of responsibility include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient financial services, and coordination with HIM, Coding, Utilization Review, Charge Master, and Clinical Documentation. Partners closely with the offshore team in managing end-to-end revenue cycle efficiency and results. The Regional VP identifies trends and assists in the management of payor trends, productivity, AR management, DNFB, payor and patient cashflow and, denials, including coordination with other departments onshore and offshore, as required. The Regional VP will maintain a good working relationship with all facilities in their region to ensure clear communication. Effectively interacts with patients, other health team members, and physicians, while maintaining a standard of professionalism.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.2. Master’s Degree preferred. 3. Five (5) or more years of Hospital Revenue Cycle Management experience required. 4. Previous regional Revenue Cycle Management preferred.5. Experience working with Epic and Meditech required. 6. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong analytical skills required. 8. Advanced computer skills required.9. Possess strong knowledge of health plan requirements. 10. Experience in managing blended onshore and offshore model.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $147,992.00 to $214,344.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
