Practice Details

Required Qualifications
- Master's of Nursing
- ACNM, AMCB, or ACC certification as a nurse-midwife.
- Ability to obtain active license with Oregon State Board of Nursing
- DEA Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
- Two years of clinical practice experience, preferred.
