Job Summary and Responsibilities
JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic PHYSICAL THERAPIST to provides excellent patient care, including evaluating the patient for treatment, providing and directing administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician. Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients. Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities. Assists with patient program management, while delivering quality patient services.
Job Requirements
Minimum:
- Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program required.
- Computer skills required.
- Arizona PT License.
- American Heart Association BLS.
Preferred:
- Current AZ Physical Therapy License in good standing.
- Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care preferred.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
- Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
