As a Nail Technician, you will play a key role in providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and memorable experience. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality while maintaining a welcoming and serene spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Nail Services: Perform manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel, and acrylic applications with attention to detail and precision.
- Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Follow all spa and state regulations for sanitizing tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Retail & Upselling: Recommend and promote spa products and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
- Spa Standards: Adhere to hotel and spa policies, including uniform standards, punctuality, and professional behavior.
- Maintain Supplies: Ensure nail care products, tools, and equipment are well-stocked and in proper working condition. Report inventory needs to the Spa Manager.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and new products to consistently improve service quality.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Nail Technician.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a spa or similar setting.
- Proficiency in a range of nail services, including gel, acrylic, and nail art.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of spa etiquette and hospitality standards is a plus.
