This position is for a general Orthopedic surgeon.
Education:
Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
Completion of ACGME accredited residency in orthopedic surgery.
Fellowship in subspecialty area of orthopedic surgery preferred.
License and Certifications:
Medical License for the applicable state.
Membership on LPH Medical Staff.
Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
CPR certification. BLS from the American Heart Association
Experience:
Two to three years’ experience in the management of orthopedic patients preferred.
