Position Summary
The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout service. This role assists with inventory, supplies, and basic prep tasks to ensure efficient bar operations and exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is proactive, fast-paced, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
This is a seasonal role from November 3, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00, and is tip eligible.
This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.
Responsibilities
Stock and restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar supplies
Assist bartenders with garnishes, mixers, and prep items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, storage areas, and equipment
Remove trash, change ice bins, and clean spills throughout shift
Collect empty glassware and restock clean glasses
Assist with receiving and storing inventory deliveries
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Provide support to bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations
Qualifications
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays
