We need leaders who can inspire a team to deliver quality, hot, fresh, and consistent products to our loyal customers.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service
Manage daily restaurant operations including sales growth and cost control
Recruit, interview, and train employees to embrace our culture and values
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and ensure sanitation standards
Create and implement action plans to continuously improve the business
Maintain store appearance and security procedures, including cash handling
Monitor key performance indicators and work towards achieving business goals
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (restaurant experience preferred)
Ability to lead and motivate up to 20 team members
Willingness to work about 50 hours per week, including weekends
Strong communication and organizational skills
