Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment and contribute to the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:- Perform CT scans on patients as ordered by physicians- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures- Operate CT equipment and ensure images are of high quality- Monitor patients during scans to ensure their safety and comfort- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze images- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Adhere to safety protocols and follow infection control procedures- Assist with the maintenance and calibration of CT equipment
Qualifications
Requirements:- Valid certification as a CT Technologist- Previous experience in nuclear medicine or diagnostic radiology preferred- Knowledge of urgent care procedures and protocols is a plus- Excellent technical skills in operating CT equipment- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $55.00-$60.00
