Position Summary
Ensemble Arts is looking to hire a Dishwasher.
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15 to $18.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean work environment. Assist with keeping floors, walk ins, hallways and other food preparation areas safe and organized.
- Oversee the proper set up and breakdown of your work areas.
- Properly wash, stack, and stores China, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Assist with timely organization of food deliveries.
- Assist with recycling and trash removal.
- Follow daily cleaning opening and closing checklists.
- Assist with food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed. Team player.
- Assist with restaurant service and special catered events.
- Ensure compliance with local health department and other regulations.
- Follow proper opening and closing protocols.
- Assist in training new dishwashers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal work experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
- Flexible shift hours (Sunday required)
