Your Role in Our Patients' Journey:
- Guiding Care:Apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.
- Empathetic Education:Serve as an educator and resource for patients, families, and colleagues, sharing vital health information in an understandable and compassionate way.
- Clinical Excellence:Perform thorough vital sign assessments, comprehensive nursing assessments, and accurate medication reconciliations.
- Team Support:Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with clinical duties and ensure smooth medication refill processes.
- Accurate Documentation:Maintain precise and timely patient records, contributing to a seamless care continuum.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Education:A nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure:An active and valid RN license in North Dakota.
- Experience:A minimum of one year of hospital or clinical nursing experience is preferred, with a strong interest or background in psychiatry/behavioral health being a plus!
- Skills:Solid basic clinical skills, the ability to remain calm and effective in various situations, and a commitment to completing nonviolent crisis intervention training within six months.
- Team Spirit:Excellent communication skills, a knack for building positive relationships, and a deep respect for patient confidentiality.
