Saw Mill Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant in Yonkers, New York to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Status: Full-Time
Schedule:Monday - Thursday 8:45am to 5:15pm. Fridays 8:45am to 4:15pm, One Saturday a month 8:45am to 3:15pmWhat we offer:

Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
- Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of hands on experience
- Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
- High school diploma or equivalent
Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
