Position Summary
The Box Office Attendant is responsible for processing ticket sales at the Ticket Office and providing customer assistance.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00

This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.
About the Venue
Addition Financial Arena is a 252,000 square foot multipurpose, air-conditioned facility that opened in September 2007.This state-of-the-art facility houses 17,000 square feet of exhibition space which can be utilized for basketball or adapted for various sports such as volleyball, wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading, boxing, MMA, and weightlifting. The arena facility can also be transformed for concerts and banquets or as a convention/trade show event. Suites, meeting rooms, locker/dressing rooms, a training room, kitchen, and seven concession stands are also housed in the facility.
Responsibilities
- Works under the supervision of the Ticket Office Manager.
- Projects professional appearance and manner.
- Provides information to patrons regarding performances and ticket policies.
- Provides customer service in all aspects of the Ticket Office, including phones.
- Utilizes Ticketmaster software to process ticket sales.
- Maintains accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assists in the enforcement of building policies for patrons.
- Provides assistance for patrons in emergency situations.
- Accountable for transactions at his/her work
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
- Familiarity with Windows based computers
- Possess excellent customerservice skills
- Experience working with the public and cash
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
- Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidaysin addition to traditional business hours\
- Must be able to work in a loud noise environment
- Must be over 18 years or older
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language (Spanish is a plus)
- Proven ability to work well with all levels of management
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
