As a Long Term Care RN at Garrison, You Will:
- Champion Resident Well-being: Provide direct nursing care, meticulously monitoring resident conditions, administering medications, and ensuring comfort and safety.
- Develop Care Plans: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work seamlessly with CNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare team members, delegating tasks and guiding them to provide excellent care.
- Assess & Document: Accurately assess resident health status, identify changes, and maintain thorough, timely documentation of all nursing interventions and resident responses.
- Educate & Engage: Empower residents and their families through clear communication and education about their health and care plans.
- Be a Valued Team Member: Contribute to a supportive and engaging environment where teamwork and compassionate care are paramount.

Job Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Skills: CPR certification. Manual dexterity and mobility. Competent in uses of equipment used in resident care. 12 DEUs per year.
