Job Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing specialty team in the Bronx. The Rheumatologist will provide outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for patients with complex rheumatologic conditions while working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging studies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Rheumatology fellowship.
Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology.
Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to patient-centered care.
