Responsibilities
The SCTU Registered Nurse renders specialty nursing care to patient being transported from one facility to another. They are responsible to act under physician orders and is a patient advocate. They are to adhere to all laws set forth at NJAC 8:41-10.3 which regulates specialty ambulance transportation by the New Jersey Department of Health. They provide care to patient ranging from neonatal through geriatric.
