What You'll Be Doing
Leadership
• Partner with hospital team members to foster efficiency and quality care. • Establish trust and lead key initiatives and strategies to continually improve the quality and level of services provided and improve outcomes of the population served.• Exhibit strong communication, presentation and listening skills to ensure facility-wide collaboration and coordination, especially concerning our patients, physicians, employees and the community.• Provide strong leadership, direction, and assistance in setting strategy with clearly defined expectations.• Lead the development of progressive physician/facility strategies and execute plans in order to optimize the long-term potential of the facility.• Provides oversight to department leaders as described in the Table of Organization.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare/hospital management experience (including, but not limited to quality improvement, healthcare administration, strategic planning and execution, budgeting, and financial administration, including revenue cycle), leading up to a senior management position in a progressive, financially sound hospital or hospital system. Experience in examining and reengineering operations and procedures. Experience in a system with excellent employee, physician and patient satisfaction, and quality and outcomes improvement programs.
