This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with skilled neurologists and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality neurological care to our community.⸻Position OverviewThe Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of neurological conditions. This role includes conducting evaluations, formulating diagnoses, managing treatment plans, and educating patients and families across outpatient and/or inpatient settings.
Responsibilities
• Perform detailed neurological assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.• Manage acute and chronic neurologic conditions including stroke, seizure disorders, migraines, neuropathies, movement disorders, and more.• Conduct follow-up visits, provide patient and family education, and coordinate care across services.• Collaborate closely with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient outcomes.• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical reco

Qualifications
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois.• National certification as an NP or PA required.• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience, preferably in Neurology or a related specialty.• Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.
