Dr. Susan Seto is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist for our multi-specialty family dental center, located in Baltimore, MD 21210, in the Village of Cross Keys.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Days and hours are flexible)
No nights or weekends. Early out on Fridays.

We are a well-established, successful practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. We work closely as a team in our state-of-the-art facility, utilizing the latest technologies such as Overjet, CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), to ensure our patients get superior care, while also ensuring our hygienists have what they need to do quality work they will be proud of.
To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will go through a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Great for new grads!
Previous experience is always a plus, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license in the state of Maryland. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.
Our office is in a great area with lots of redevelopment going on, so this is the area to be in! The suite we're located in has been newly renovated and is attached to great new retail stores and awesome restaurants (and more coming soon), which is great for lunch breaks. We also have plenty of free parking!

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
- License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certifications: Local anesthesia certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
