Position: Occupational Therapist - Oncology/Ortho
Location: Topsham, ME
Schedule: Per diem
Compensation: $45-$50/hr
We are looking for a motivated clinician and Per Diem team member to come join our team in Topsham. Our office provides comprehensive services offering both PT and OT. Outside of traditional outpatient orthopaedics, we also offer specialized ReVital, Pelvic Floor, Dry Needling, IASTM and many more services to the community we serve. Ideal candidate will be willing to cover multiple clinics within a reasonable driving radius. We are looking to build our roster for intermitttent coverage needs and may have the potential to transition to full-time.
ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
- Adult outpatient experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
- Lymphedema certification/experience
