Responsibilities
The Clinic Receptionist serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed. The Clinic Receptionist collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy, schedules and reschedules patients appointments per established protocols by provider, and serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic. The Clinic Receptionist completes other duties and special projects, as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
3. BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
