Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a highly organized and people-centered Supervisor of Conflict Free Case Management (CFCM) to lead and support a team of case managers dedicated to providing person-centered services for individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). This leadership role ensures quality, compliance, and coordination of care while promoting independence and dignity for every participant.
Pay: $35.02/Hr

Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and oversight to case managers
Review case documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with RI EOHHS and federal guidelines
Conduct regular one-on-one supervision, team meetings, and performance observations
Support implementation of person-centered plans and ensure service coordination
Maintain departmental training compliance and monitor adherence to timelines and regulations
Collaborate with state agencies and peer organizations to ensure best practices
Oversee departmental referrals and assignments
Work closely with the Area Director on planning, audits, and quality improvement
Uphold confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer service
Submit timely and accurate reports and documentation to EOHHS
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of relevant human services or case management experience
- Experience with compliance monitoring and report preparation preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of person-centered planning and service coordination
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
