Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 2 evenings.
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000/year and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
Our Banner Physical Therapy center located in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. This 4 PT, 1 PTA center primarily treats the ortho and neuro population with the opportunity to grow the oncology caseload. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
