A Full Time provider will be based out of the Fishkill office, but several offices in the upstate area will help fill your schedule. Part Time candidates will also be considered.
Medicaid ID is required.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide Endodontic specialized clinical care
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Provide Endodontic services and treatment plans as prescribed by examination and x-rays
- Examine, diagnose, and treat wide spectrum of Endodontic health problems.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while providing treatment
- Remain apprised of current technologies and standards of care through CE and professional development

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate from an accredited US ENDO Residency Program
- Active dental license in the state of practice
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
