Merchandising/Planning/Buying

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
- Provide day to day merchandising support to the Senior Director of Merchandising
- Collaborates with key cross functional partners on a day to day basis
- Manage Calendar and deliverables for design and production
- Work closely with design and production on style management
- Stay on top of market trends, supporting design with trend ideas
- Create competitive analysis tools and seasonal pricing recaps
- Source fabrics, products with vendors that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market
- Manage fabric approvals alongside designer
- Create tools to document styles from development to final production buy
- Complete data entry for day-to-day product management for IBT system
- Manage and communication of design/merch approvals with Authentic Luxury Group
- Manage Royalty Zone approvals for Authentic Luxury Group
- Help with sku plan assortment and tracking key items across all divisions
- Involved in sample management and photography alongside Marketing Coordinator
- Track sales data, analyze performance and provide insight to improve future merchandising strategies
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Design, Product Development or related field
- 4-5+ years of related experience
- Highly detail oriented and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills in excel, power point and IBT/FlexPLM
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency

Salary Range: $64,800 to $81,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
